Upon registration, you will be sent client onboarding forms that go over your health, exercise experience, goals, and expectations. The initial onboarding paperwork also includes a 3 day food log to track current eating habits. At our initial training session, we will go over onboarding paperwork, weigh in on the INBODY, and do a workout to assess movement patterns, determine balance and core strength, and assess cardiovascular fitness. All of those factors will help me to customize your program design to achieve maximal results. From there, each training session is 1 hour and you will get workout programming for in between training sessions. General nutrition guidance is given with training packages and detailed nutrition coaching (ie macros) is available in a separate package for purchase.

Everything is done online! We will have an initial phone conversation to go over goals and to review your client onboarding packet. From there, we will design a customized program to help you achieve success in your health and fitness goals! Workouts and nutrition programs will be sent via email and we will have weekly check-ins to go over progress and make adjustments if necessary. We will evaluate sleep, training, nutrition, hunger, stress, and other key variables to make sure you are achieving your goals!

Group Training classes are held at different locations throughout Texas. We mainly host classes in the Cypress/Houston area but if you would like to partner with us for classes in your area, let's connect :) We also work with corporate accounts and other businesses (ie: apartment complexes, neighborhood community organizations, etc). New class times and details will be posted online and registration will be completed here!

For customized nutrition packages, we will have an initial phone conversation to go over your client onboarding paperwork and discuss goals. All nutrition programs will be delivered via email. We will have bi-weekly check-ins online to review progress and make any necessary adjustments. We will work together to design a plan that works for you and your lifestyle, incorporate foods you enjoy, and that will be maintainable for long term success :)
